A short introduction – a way to experience Reading ‘Quaker faith & practice’ in four months

This process suggests seven passages a week over sixteen weeks. It could be used in many ways, such as for personal daily reading (one passage a day), weekly discussion groups (seven passages from one chapter each week – or with an ambitious group, skim-read the whole chapter), or fortnightly discussion groups (fourteen passages from two chapters each time). It could be started at any time and all elements are optional – customise!

When looking up your reading, remember that some chapters have changed, a little or a lot, since this book was approved by Yearly Meeting in 1994. The most recent version can be accessed online at https://qfp.quaker.org.uk

For each chapter, you might like to ask: What here is new for me? What here is true for me?

Suggestions for new content are welcome. Go to https://forms.quaker.org.uk/qfp-idea or email qfp@quaker.org.uk or write to Revision Committee, Friends House, Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ.
